Susan introduced me to Havening, which I found amazingly calming, reassuring and comforting. During the session I felt I was able to talk about things from years gone by that I hadn't realised were a lot of the emotional baggage that I had been carrying around for the majority of my adult life. Susan helped me to feel safe talking about very upsetting times from my childhood and how I could reach a new way of thinking about these times differently.
She also introduced hypnotherapy to me, which I found very helpful in addressing my inability to fall asleep and get a good nights sleep, allowing me to wake up feeling refreshed. I'm still working on that but hopefully practising some of the techniques which I have learned from Susan will pay dividends in time.

Susan was excellent at helping with my mental state and weight.loss. She helped pin point some pivotal moments in my life that caused some food issues. She showed me some fantastic techniques to calm my stress, which means I turn to that these days rather than chocolate!!!!

If you're thinking about going and aren't sure, I urge you to go and see Susan! She's a lovely kind person who has a wealth of experience and qualifications and you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend! Susan is so warm, understanding and kind. Both myself and my teen daughter have had a session with her and I urge anyone who has been thinking of hypnotherapy to book in. Susan mainly used havening and distraction techniques in the sessions we attended, and helped my daughter imagine a safe trust bubble. These are all techniques that can be easily applied in our everyday lives, and we were also sent audio recordings of the trust bubble technique, as well as a sleep bubble audio for myself. This was a lovely gesture and enables us to apply hypnotherapy in the comfort of our own home. Susan really goes above and beyond for her clients. Both myself and my daughter left feeling like a weight had been lifted.
